　　The hypothetical scenario for this exercise is,The staff of Dongguan Inspection and Quarantine Bureau inspects and supervises a container carrying toluene diisocyanate (TDI) at the inspection field of Berth 5 and 6 of Dongguan Port，A large amount of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) was found after opening the tank，A secondary accident occurred during the disposal of the leak，Burst into flames，The situation is urgent.。After the accident, Dongguan Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Dongguan Port No. 5, No. 6 berths have launched an emergency response mechanism, and timely inform the relevant departments to assist in handling。The exercise process includes: accident report, alarm, communication, personnel evacuation, detection, dangerous area division, rescue, rescue and control, injured personnel rescue and hospital rescue, on-site decontamination, environmental protection and other contents。Through active response, coordination and scientific handling, the exercise was unanimously recognized by the leadership of Guangdong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau。
